You can make payments to CapCenter online, by mail, or in person.
It is important to make your payment to the company servicing your loan. For most of our clients, that is not CapCenter. When your loan is transferred to a servicer, you will receive a letter from CapCenter and a letter from your servicer, both of which will provide instructions for making your monthly payments.
If you do own CapCenter your first mortgage payment, you will receive an email from us on the 19th of the month prior to your due date.
To make a payment, visit our online payment portal. You will need your loan number and the property's zip code to log in.
You can also pay in person (4461 Cox Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23060) or mail us a check for the amount of the first month's payment. Here's our mailing address:
